Description of ServiceProvides information and referrals to the Prevention and Housing Services Program at Family Tree, following an initial assessment. Also provides referrals to emergency shelters and housing programs for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as agencies that provide the following services:

- Food
- Clothing
- Dental care
- Transportation
- Access to public assistance
- Legal issues
- Substance abuse
- Holiday assistance
- Domestic violence support
- Emergency shelter
